[1] Request-only communication

Request-only communication means all details must be in the request. No sketches/WIPs will be sent. Only the final image will be sent.

Additionally, the following apply:

Any details that are not mentioned in the request will be left to Mistreil's discretion
Mistreil decides how much is drawn (full-body, half-body, etc.)
Mistreil decides the colouring/background details (shading style, etc.)
All pieces will have some form of shading
Decisions will be made based on the request details and payment offered

Please include any and all details/requirements within your request itself. This includes any poses you have in mind, character personality and expression, moodboards, etc.

[2] Paypal invoices

An invoice will be sent after the request is accepted. Payment can be made anytime after the invoice is sent.

A heavily watermarked version of the final image will be sent when completed if payment is not made by then. A non-watermarked version will be provided after payment is received.

[3] "Minimum" price

The price provided here is a recommended minimum. Requests below this price can be made and may potentially be accepted, but will likely not be shaded or will be much messier. Amounts below 20 USD may just result in a sketch.

Regular commissions are subject to higher pricing due to the required amounts of communication. Prices may increase depending on character details. All prices below are minimum prices listed in USD.

How do I contact you?
If you have questions, please contact me through Twitter (@Mistreil) or Discord (Mistreil#0809). Otherwise, please include your contact information/questions/etc. in the commission request form and I will contact you (via e-mail or your preferred channel).
What's the difference between requesting through Pixiv Requests and Google Forms for the Experimental (PWYW)?
They're mostly the same. Pixiv Requests is just easier for me to manage, and I may produce better results just because I don't have to manage communications/payment/etc. myself.
Do you have any chibi samples?
Chibi commissions are done through ko-fi. Please check that for chibi samples!
Do you do emote commissions?
Not at the moment! I don't really like doing them -- if I make emotes it's usually just for fun.
Your prices are too high.
I'm doing commissions for fun! The prices are decided by my own preferences and perception, and I don't really care whether I get commissions or not.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting a commission request, you acknowledge and agree to all of the following:

Commissioned art is for non-commercial purposes unless requested otherwise. Redistribution for any type of profit (e.g. merchandise, sales, promotion) is prohibited. You may make prints or merchandise for personal use only. If you want to use the commissions for commercial reasons, please mention this when making your request.
Only the commissioner may repost the artwork on social media. Proper credit is preferred, but not required.
I retain full rights to the artwork. Commissioners may not claim the artwork as their own creation in any way.
Refunds will only be accepted prior to completion of the full piece. If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done before the final piece is delivered. If I'm unable to complete a request, I will provide a full refund.
If you do not want your commission posted on social media by me, please let me know! Include this when sending your request.
